Walnut valley

Walnut Valley  offers the space of a larger home without the limitations of an apartment complex or the financial burden of homeownership.  Two floorplans are available. The smaller 2-bedroom, two bathrooms offer 1,100 SF of living space, while the larger 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom floorplans have living areas averaging 1,400 SF.  All townhome or ranch style units include a private backyard and direct-access one-car garages.

The landlord pays for water/sewer and tenants are billed-back for the service. Tenants pay for all other utilities. All the units are equipped  with central HVAC systems  and washer and dryer hookups. We are a pet-friendly community so bring your pets along.
